Useful shopping tips during your holiday

All the shopping centres mentioned offer large free car parks, often covered, and are easily reachable via main roads or motorways. During summer weekends, traffic can be heavy, especially between Peschiera and Verona — leaving in the morning or after 5:00 p.m. is a good way to avoid queues and find parking easily. Many centres, such as La Grande Mela, Adigeo, or Il Leone, stay open until late and include bowling alleys and kids’ play areas, turning shopping into a fun experience for the whole family. If you’re travelling with children, it’s worth checking the official websites for seasonal events, promotions, or activities for kids, which are especially frequent during summer and the Christmas period. For a quieter shopping experience, weekdays are the best time to browse the shops, enjoy a coffee break, or have a relaxed lunch in one of the many restaurants. After a day of shopping, returning to Del Garda Village & Camping is quick and easy — just a few minutes and you’re back by the lake, ready for a swim or a sunset dinner.
